The Service Fee is a percentage deducted from the Tasker's total quote amount upon successful completion of a job. We use a tiered system: the more you earn on Taskbear, the lower your fee rate becomes.
The Service Fee helps cover the costs of maintaining the platform, providing support, processing payments securely, and marketing to bring you more jobs .
Our fee structure rewards high-performing Taskers. As your Total Earnings on the platform increase, your Service Fee rate decreases.
Important: To qualify for these tiers, you must maintain a Completion Rate of 90% or higher.

The Service Fee is paid by the Tasker.
When you submit a quote, the Service Fee is included in that total price.
Example: If you quote $100 for a job and you are in Stage 01, you will receive approximately $81.85, and Taskbear will retain $18.15 (Service Fee + GST).
The Poster pays the full $100 (plus a separate Booking/Connection Fee) .
