Verification emails can sometimes land in Spam or Junk folders. Please check there first. If you still cannot find it, ensure you entered the correct email address or try resending the code.
If you signed up for Taskbear using the manual email method but haven't received your verification code, please follow these steps:
This is the most common reason for missing emails.
Spam/Junk: Check these folders in your email client.
Promotions/Social: If you use Gmail, check the "Promotions" or "Social" tabs.
Search: Try searching your inbox for "Taskbear" to locate the message.
It is easy to make a small mistake when typing your email address (e.g., typing .con instead of .com or gnail instead of gmail).
If you think you may have made a typo, try going back to the sign-up screen and registering again with the correct email address.
Email delivery is usually instant, but sometimes there can be a delay of 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your email provider and internet connection.
If you have waited and checked your folders:
Return to the verification screen in the Taskbear app or website.
Click the "Resend Code" or "Resend Email" button.
Wait a moment for the new email to arrive.
