If you are trying to verify your mobile number but haven't received the 6-digit SMS code, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Wait a few minutes: SMS delivery can depend on your network provider and may be delayed by up to 5-10 minutes.
Check your mobile signal: Ensure you have good reception. If you have a low signal, try moving to a different location or toggling "Airplane Mode" on and off to reset your connection.
Verify the number: Double-check that you entered your mobile number correctly, including the correct country code (e.g., +61 for Australia).
Do Not Disturb Mode: Check if your phone is in "Do Not Disturb" or "Silent" mode, which might be suppressing the notification.
Blocked Numbers: Ensure that you haven't accidentally blocked messages from unknown senders or business shortcodes in your phone settings.
Storage Space: If your message inbox is full, you may not be able to receive new texts. Try deleting some old threads.
Resend Code: Most verification screens have a "Resend Code" button. Wait for the timer to run out (usually 60 seconds) and tap it to try again.
Restart App: Close the Taskbear app completely and reopen it to restart the process.
